    Hi Tony,

You might want to check the location of Greenhill Methodist Chapel - you have it in Sheffield but according to the CWGC it's in Rawdon in the Bradford/Leeds area. I have another two names (but not photos) for the Sheffield area that aren't on your list, though you may of course already have them:

    HARTMAN, Emily (Ecclesfield Jewish Cemetery)
HUDSON, Marguerite Hester (Sheffield Wisewood Cemetery)

Are you also interested in post-WW2 ladies?

    Paul

For some unknown reason I do not have either Harttman or Hudson even listed can you advise service details.

Re Post WW2 females, yes I am interested and have a few graves but have not concentrated on them yet still struggling with WWs 1 & 2. Do you have a War, name and service?

    Tony

    Tony.

If you could work out which ones are still missing for North Yorkshire, I might be able to get some for you.

    Hi Tony...

    HARTMAN, EMILY
    Rank: Nurse
    Date of Death: 20/10/1918
    Regiment/Service: Voluntary Aid Detachment
    Grave Reference: Grave 271
    Cemetery: ECCLESFIELD JEWISH CEMETERY

There is some information about her in this topic on the Sheffield History forum (see post #4). Apparently she is also named on the Sheffield Hebrew Congregation WW1 Roll of Honour, currently at Kingfield Synagogue in Sheffied (was previously at Wilson Road Synagogue). I did manage to find a pic, but it's far too small to read the names so probably not much use.

I've just spent the day in Sheffield looking for some family graves but I also managed to get a dozen or so from your list, plus Hudson and three post-WW2 ladies. Let me know if you want me to post them here or in your other ("FAO Tonym") topic.

    Regards,
    Paul
