Father in-laws service record.

Hi everyone,
If I put my wife's dads service record up, would you be able to point out a few things for me please?
I cannot make out if he was injured, also he was mentioned in dispatches as we have his oak leafs.
I belive he joined as a dispatch rider. He then joined the 8th army. Did the full bit - El Alamein, Sicily, Cassino & Anzio I presume.
I also think by the photos we have he fixed all manner of things.

 

Aye put them up; someone will be able to help I'm sure. Put the photos up too if you can .
