Driving Permit AFA 2038 iaw ACI 699 of 1942

This subject has been raised before without success as far as I can see. The question is - what were the vehicles covered in each of the groups I, III, IV, and VI on the WD Driving Permit? (I daren't ask why no groups II and V).

Thank you for that, it looks quite likely. If one assumes that the military didn't have any trolley vehicles or invalid carriages it would explain why groups II and V don't figure on the military permit. Most grateful.
