    Hi guys,

Mrs bought an original photo, described as Germans with destroyed armoured car.

Anyone able to indentify it from just the chassis?

    Thanks

If I had to bet, I'd say an early round fendered GAZ-AA.

    Here is a Ford-AA chassis

I think you may well be right, Dave,
Looked at assorted light lorry chassis, Blitz etc., and nothing seems to fit quite as well as an AA.

An Ursus Wz 29 or Wz 34 armoured car Poland 1939 ?

Mooched there, but the wreck seems to still have its running boards.
Says 'lorry' to me, even though so many ACs are on similar chassis.

The 1931 model of the BA20 had its running boards even though later models didn't

I was thinking that too because I thought the three rectangular objects in the middle of the extreme right edge of the picture look like the armored radiator louvers of an IZ but upon further review from the booth I think they are the end of the GAZ Bumper

Three different chassis were available for these improvised armored trucks, the GAZ-AA, the ZIS-5 and the ZIS-6.
I focussed on the rear leaf springs, who also say GAZ
But without recognizable superstructure it remains a best guess

In essence the answer to the original OP question Anyone able to indentify it from just the chassis? is not really - educated guesses is about it.
