Not sure if I'm posting in the correct area - apologies if I've selected the wrong forum. My mum remembers (vaguely) seeing a certificate that her father quite possibly received for his DEMS service and I've come across the following, from online searching. Did each Regiment have similar, as the attached is for "First Regiment Maritime Royal Artillery" however my grandfather was in the 2nd Regiment MRA. Does anyone have a hi-res version of the attached at all?
Hi Reid, I was just browsing this forum as I do from time to time and I realise that this certificate is my Dad's. I have the original paper certificate. I remember posting it on some website a few years ago but I don't remember which one. Anyway, I would attach the scanned copy to this post but I can't find the relevant button on the tool bar. I must be getting stupid in my old age !! If you can point me in the right direction I'll attach it to another reply. Chris Anderson

Hi Nanette, it's over 6 years since I checked this thread !! I hope you are still interested. It was too large to fit in my scanner so I scanned the certificate in two parts.
