please let me say that I have been lucky enough to have had a great deal of help from our member Bexley84 and to say I owe him a great debt of gratitude,thank you bexley84 for helping me understand my uncles service record. this page is harder to break down and I would like for other members to look at and see if they have any better understanding.? What is P/A ?what depot do they mean ? I see he was due for demob in 1944 having served for 22 years, { enlisted in 1922,} but as the war was still going he decided to stay in.
