    The d-day Academy in Rots, Normandy.
    if you plan to visit best to organise this with them in advance to ensure they are open, they also do battlefield tours so plan in advance.
    there is no set admission charge but a small contribution as a courtesy is requested, this is only fair. IMG_6880.JPG

    As you can see "she who must be obeyed" was well impressed. :)
    Quite a few parts recovered from the battlefields ( Allied and German) as well as many aircraft parts from both sides.
    Allow at least an hour for this visit, it will probably take more, the well known 12th SS locations in the village are marked and some not marked are worth a look as well.
