Nice one! Many thanks. He was apparently at Colditz after his capture, no trying to find out about any 'escapades' he might have got up to.

If you send a PM to PsyWar.Org a member on here, he runs http://www.arcre.com/ and has I believe copies of all the liberation questionnaires, so he may well be able to provide a copy of Capt Leah's - if he made one. Or you can contact him direct via the web link as well.

If he escaped, which it looks like he has going by the MiD, he wouldn't have completed a QLR. He would have been interviewed by MI9 and completed a Escape and Evasion Report. I'll check later to see if I have a copy of it.

Maybe someone could dig out the MiD for you, anyone? I hate looking for them so I'm holding off for now

According to the Colditz Appreciation Society Leah arrived at the castle on 2/6/43 and did not successfully escape. He was liberated at the end of the war. So his MiD may have been for France in May 1940 or for being a nuisance after captivity? Not sure.

It might be worth asking Drew5233 to copy this file for you next time he is at the TNA - it may contain some relevant info for your quest -
