    Hi,

Just looking through an online service file from LAC Ottawa - see below link - for a Canadian Soldier who was killed whilst on leave following a collision with a tram in Sheffield, Yorkshire 12th April 1945.

File at pages 197 to 204 contains a ration card for his leave period and the rail warrant issued when he commenced his 10 days leave 5th April 1945. Rail warrant is stamped with details of return train time from Victoria to Folkestone.

I’ve nver seen such forms before so thought they may be of interest to members.

    Steve
