    Hello.
Last summer I made a trip into France and visited several locations of the Atlantikwall in the Normandie, like Point du Hoc and Battery Grandcamp Maisy. In the Contentin I visited several coast batteries as the Batt. St. Marcouf and Batt. Azeville. The Festung Cherbourg with the Fort du Role was also covered mostly.

For a small impression I add some pictures but for more locations, objects and information, please take a look at my website Bunker Pictures - bunkerpictures.nl - atlantikwall, bunkers, world war two, cold war

    Regards,
    Raphael

Great photos and website. I've visited a lot of bunkers in my time including the ones you mention in France. I visited the Maisy battery in the summer of 2007 and they were far from done digging the bunkers out at that time.. Do you know if they have made any discoveries since then, like material, guns etc.?

I took these when passing by in 1978. Had lots more but it seems that we had a clear out of the photo box some time ago!
Perhaps someone can tell me what they are.
