Unable to view video ~ for my usual reasons ~ Andy. But, I strongly suspect that'll be some of the stuff I have on my (yet to be watched) triple DVD set, The Holocaust: Shame of a Nation. I can well imagine that lot's going to be sobering stuff. Thus I'll make a point of Not sitting through disc after disc of it. I really don't think it's any good for ones soul, to too fully become immersed in such a river of misery and horror. Auschwitz; The Nazis And The Final Solution, watched back to back, nearly destroyed me. I'll not be doing that again.
Anyone happen to know if any of 1st heavy Regt RA passed thru / had anything to do with liberation of Buchenwald at all ?? I seem to remember my dad (thats him on the profile pic) telling me summat about Buchenwald years ago...
