I see I can request it from Essex Library Service who will deliver the copy to my local branch, maybe the library service in your area has it? That's what I did to ensure my last Abebooks purchase was not going to be a disappointment!
I've got it, it was recommended to me by Dave aka CROONAERT . Yes, I'd say get it for your bookshelf. Quite an old book now but worth a read.
