In one day you will not have time to see all of it, and buy beer. The best option is to carry a couple of bottles in your camera bag, with all the spare batteries et al.

Enjoy yourself. I shall be there too.

Here's wishing all of our forum members that attend a great time and lots and lots of photos taken for the forum:D

Amazing how heavy the camera becomes and starts to shake when you have downed a few pints.:D

I'll be in the area by Autumn 44 British Reenactment group. If anyone comes over to the chap in RWF 53rd Division BD and says hi then a cool beverage may be waiting for you!

I'll be heading down on either Wednesday or Thursday until probably Sunday.

I have a checklist of one - Beer (lots of)...it's too bloody expensive there, and I need my money for certain purchases ;)

Isn't this the point where we all arrange to meet by the toilets and half of us get nicked for cottaging?

I still have the photos from last year, who'd have thought we had so much fight in us?

Do you think one year we ought to have an official stand there?

I don't think myself after 5 days falling over, burning things, breathing diesel fumes, no shower, and a skinful of Vodka would be a terribly good recruiter...
