I was on vacation last week and as usual rented a cottage in Port Elgin, Ontario on the beach. The weather was fantastic this year and the lake was beautiful, warm and clean. Anyway, one of our rituals on this vacation is to stop in at the used book store in Kincardine. This store has a pretty good collection of military books and I've always managed to find something unique there. This year I found a copy of "Babi Yar, A Document in the Form of a Novel" by A. Anatoli (Kuznetsov) the 1970 version , ( Anatoly Kuznetsov - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) . I've just about finished this interesting story, and an interesting style of writing especially when put in the context of when it was written and where the author was coming from.
