    One of the sources of information on the RA listed over on Nigel Evans' mammoth site are the series of "Artillery Training" pamphlets;

    Useful Sources of Further Information

    Does anyone know whether these are held by the National Archives, and if so whereabouts? A few of the titles are listed on the IWM online catalogue, however a researcher at the Archives is likely to be a cheaper option (assuming the place ever let's folks in again). I had a tootle round 'Discovery' but couldn't see anything obvious, and also a search through the Canadian LAC database but likewise nothing found.

    Any hints appreciated.

    I was able to make some progress with this subject, though not in terms of finding whether the Artillery Training series can be found at Kew. One title though stubbornly continues to elude me;

    Artillery training / Vol II. Pamphlet no. 5, Deployment of an anti-tank regiment, dated around September 1944.

    The only place that appears to have a copy is the Nationaal Militair Museum in the Netherlands, and I got absolutely nowhere in trying to find a researcher in Holland to visit on my behalf.

    If anyone knows of a copy of the above title residing somewhere else, preferably in the UK (though there was reprint for the Canadian Army that should be practically identical) I'd be most interested to hear about it.

    It might be worth asking the the Royal Artillery Museum, though I think most of their stuff is in storage as they're between premises at the moment.

    I am pretty sure they are in the RA Archives. Back in 2011 I was shown the technical library which seemed to contain almost every artillery publication.

    They most probably are, but access will not be easy at the moment.

    Perhaps more volunteers should offer their services. I know you are already helping.

    Thanks AB64, I do have both of those titles, it's (currently) just this one I'm hunting down. I did email the RA Museum a while ago, though it will be a while before I can realistically expect to get a response. It's just strange that there is seemingly only one archive with a copy. The Australian War Memorial have one, but that is amended for the RAA Tank Attack Regiment organization. I'll get my mitt's on a copy one day...
