ARP under Invasion Conditions

    My grandfather, Noel Evans, served in the army in WW1 and during WW2 in the ARP. In the ARP I believe he served in central London, Victoria, during the day and in West Ealing at night. I have his ARP blue boiler suite, helmet and truncheon.
    I thought the attached may be of interest to the forum "The Powers of Military Commanders under Invasion Conditions" and "Invasion Defence Scheme District A" both of which were issued to him in November 1942.
