I am just preparing documents to apply for my great grandads service records and I remember other members stressing that it's wise to write for "full service records". I can't find a place on the form for this, do you write a covering letter? Don
Hi Don Yes it would not hurt, I originally got a summary, then wrote back when I found out about getting the full record, and I got them. regards Robert
