The Bournemouth, Poole & District Branch, Royal Tank Regiment Association took part in the ANZAC ceremony at Weymouth Dorset on 25/04/2022. Weymouth was a rest, recuperation & transit centre for ANZAC troops following the Gallipoli campaign. The siting of the Weymouth ANZAC memorial was intentional, it is opposite the Hotel Prince regent which in WWI was an ANZAC hospital.
