Hi, I have been looking for some information on Russian models, have you ever seen 1/700 plastic models of Russian aircraft? (could be used with naval dioramas). I am looking for Il-2, Pe-2, Il-4 Su-2, Tu-2 etc.

have you ever seen any Russian models in that scale?

Let's see. Here in country we got popular manufacturer of models - "Zvezda" (The Star). I've searched the site of it and found aircraft models in scale 1/72 (as it printed on the box) - is this scale that one u'r searching?
If yes then see this is IL-2: ÎÀÎ "Çâåçäà"
    and ÎÀÎ "Çâåçäà".
unfortunately there are no Pe-2, Su-2.. but is La-5 FN - common soviet front aircraft: ÎÀÎ "Çâåçäà".

No it would be much smaller... It is the size of most ship models. The Japanese company "Pit road" makes 1/700 aircraft for Germany, Japan & US, but not for Britain or Russia. The IL-4 bomber would be about 35mm wide in 1/700.
