I will be in the Amsterdam area for a few days in the not too distant future and I intend to take the opportunity to visit as many WW2 related sites as possible. One day will be on the coast looking at the defences around Ijmuden. Any Suggestions as to what I should look for would be very much appreciated!

A quick scan gave me a Dune bunker complex (and museum) near the coast, and near schiphol airport (Hoofddorp) a small private museum of WW2 crashes. The rest is more the remembrance sites for occupation, resistance, civilians and deported jews. (and the Anne Frank house is al-ways an incredible huge waiting line...). And wasn't there a WW2 antiques shop in amsterdam at the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal that sold quite some Nazi and Soviet (and Chinse communist ) propagandist material ? There was a courtcase against him in 2013 (cant find out what happened) after some noticed him selling on Marktplaats and Ebay..(only THEN did people notice...). Maybe worth a visit.
