HI Dave Have assembled info including some photos of 303 battery personal (do not know whether your relative is amongst them) included some Antwerp defence info. Hi Dave Interesting thread I have been in contact with Janice and together I have some good photos. My Dad was in the 318 Lance Bombardier Roy Stevens I have researched the 318 movement with map references. I’ve nearly finished my project on Dads Route I am hopefully that a small booklet can be printed off so I can provide them to my Janice and my family. It would be interesting to see any other photos that I could use. Martin

My dad Harold Brisland served in the 99th London Welsh at the end of the war. Going through old photos and found a few of the men he served with. Are these first names familiar to any of you searching this regiment. Ron, seems a character who did a mime it seems of Hitler. Paddy bit of a gymnast Bob Eddy Jim Joe Doug Are any of the first names in your history I can scan photos if you need them.
Hi my name is Roy Bright have not been on site lately just noticed post Your father was in 303 Battery same as my father unfortunately all names in book have christian names as initials only, your father is in as H A Brisland the only names I have is Herbert E Betts & Douglas Quail who were lance bombadiers & Ray Woods , My fathers name was Basil Roy Bright he also was a Lance Bombardier, just got out dads note book list of persons for local leave your fathers names is there same time as T Roches (father listed as Listed as Sgt) If you post photo's I will see if I have any that match. Soldier with beret is Bob Soldier stood with hand in pocket is Joe 2 soldiers, one with gun, Bob and Eddy hope these are of family members on here
