514 T T coy RASC/17 Field Dressing stn RAMC War Diaries

Hello All
I'm trying to find the war diaries for 514 Tank Transporter Coy RASC and 17 Field Ambulance RAMC. I'm guessing they will be in WO169 or WO 171 series but I've not had much success searching the National Archives on line catalogue.
My uncle Vic - Richard Victor Farrant served in both these units. I've got his service record and here's some info from it.

He joined the TA 6/4/37 London division RASC
514 Company Royal Army Service Corps June 1939

The War Diary for 17 Field Dressing Station is WO 177/902 - 17 F.D.S. - 1943 Jan.- 1946 Feb.
