48th RTR War Diary look up request for April 1945

Hi,

I am looking into the circumstances in which 7924708 Troop E W Kemp was killed in action on the 18th April 1945. The unit was operating near the River Reno in Northern Italy. Around 6 soldiers were KIA this day so maybe a number of Churchill tanks were knocked out on this day?
