  3. I got Audry Gee born 10 05 1939 baptised 28 May 1939
    Williams occupation was hod carrier

    That would coincide with the 1939 census which gives William's occupation as 'Foreman bricksetters labourer'. That means he would have fetched and carried bricks (in a hod) for the skilled bricklayer.

    On the grave report form on row seven died is scratched away and in Red it says d/p/w
    Could this mean died prisoner of war?
    Then on the last row there is a referal to a report number 13874 and in red e9549.you can find this form at the first questions ik asked You all

    That would be my interpretation. There is also:
    D/W - died of wounds
    Died/Acc - died as result of accident
    K/Acc - killed in accident

    As far as the 'Report Number' is concerned I believe it is for the process of exhumation and reburial to ensure correct identification. Whilst there will no doubt be delays at present you could contact the CWGC, explain your interest and ask if they are able to supply details.
