    Noted in the 10th HLI 'Campaign in Europe' book as from 'C' Company and 'Killed - Cheux' along with 25 others from the Battalion.
    7 more that were wounded that day were also later to die from their wounds.
    Also 2 others were noted as 'missing, presumed killed'

    One M.C. and 2 M.M.'s were awarded to other members of the battalion that day also.
