Hello all, I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me the outline movements of the 2nd Bn, The Wiltshire Regt, from disembarking in France shortly after the outbreak of war until 1st June 1940 when at least some returned to the UK ... i.e where stationed, did they see action, if so what and where, and where would they have been evacuated from on 1 June? As a Brucey bonus it would be great if anyone knows what the same battalion were doing (and where) in Iraq & Iran from its arrival in August 1942 until around February the following year. Any help would be very much appreciated ... Cheers Skip
