    Re Captain JOHN REGINALD DURHAM MA TTHEWS, Deceased.
    Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925, Section 27 (as amended).
    ALL persons having claims against the estate of John Reginald Durham Matthews of 11, Burnsall Street, Chelsea, London, S.W.3, and of Wellington Barracks, London, S.W.1, Captain Irish Guard Reserve of Officers (who died on the 15th day of May, 1940, on War Service, and to whose estate letters of administration with the Will annexed were granted to Phillippa Avril Durham Matthews the Widow of the deceased, and the Residuary Legatee and Devisee named in the said Will on the 24th day of July, 1941, by the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice) are required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before the 20th day of May, 1942, after which date the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to the claims of which the said adminstratrix shall then have had notice.— Dated this 12th day of March 1942.
