    I know that Pipe Major MACLEAN knew that the German Guards were interfering with British Red Cross parcels, extracting articles from them and then emptying the remaining contents into sacks and issuing them out as bulk issue. Also myself and L/Cpl KIRWIN of my regiment were grossly mishandled and all decent clothing and boots we had taken from us and then sent back to the 21B STALAG. We reported the when we interviewed the senior British Medical Officer.
