    Moved to dedicated thread from Wounded sent for treatment from Italy to North Africa

    From the casualty lists there was 2698401 Gdsm BILSLAND R wounded Italy 23.10.43 alongside many others in the Scots Guards wounded on the same date. On the same list was 2699229 Gdsm FORSYTH R who would appear not to have made Africa as he died 30.10.43
