    Additional Info: Son of Maj. Frederick Boult, and of Kathleen Boult, of Shepperton on Thames, Middlesex.

    From page 328 of the Regimental History.

    The intense shelling continued sometimes for eight hours on end , and casulaties occurred at an average rate of twelve a day.
    Major M.G.D. Clive was killed outright on Point 154 , and Lieut. F. Crawford Boult , who had come forward only two days before, lost his life at the same place.
