    Hi all,

Whilst going through some old files/folders on the PC I found a picture of the 1st Airlanding Recce Squadron (which later became the 1st Airborne Recce Squadron) taken in July 1942 on the sand dunes at Saunton Sands, Devon. A copy of this picture hangs on the wall in the All Saints Church at Ruskington, Lincolnshire.

The copy I found has some very faint writing on it which names a lot of the guys in the photo. My problem is I can't, for the life of me remember where I got this picture?? Has anyone else seen/got a copy of this photo?

I've attached a photo which I took of the All Saints Church picture to hopefully help jog some memories.

    All the best :)

There is a copy in the Hartenstein Museum.

I got a copy from the late Larry Carney, but unfortunately it was lost during framing.

    Hope this helps
