1091106 Gunner Joseph Samuel JACKSON, RA: 26/10/1944, Decipher Cause of death

    Not strictly a war question but it does involve a CWGC.
    I'm hoping someone can help decipher a cause of death for me. Gunner Joseph Samuel Jackson 1091106 of the 21st Anti Tank Regiment died at home and is buried in Markfield.

    To my eyes, it looks like phthisis which I think is something to do with tuberculosis but would appreciate a second opinion of someone who has experience reading these things..
