I’m surprised Germany didn’t find out about the Polish effort to decipher Enigma after they invaded Poland.

Nor to my knowledge did the French team talk, though after France's surrender they were based quietly in Vichy France. Perhaps others here know more?

 

They must have suspected. But then again they thought it was totally unbreakable.
