Hi, I came across these in the war diary of 6 RTR for Nov 43 today (WO169/9366) and thought they might be of interest: Regards Tom
Hi Tom, Thanks for those. Can anyone tell me what a Inter-Com Troop is and what type of vehicles it may consist of please? Cheers Kevin
Kevin, Not sure about an Inter-comn troop but assume it is some sort of liaison sub-unit. I also found some tank numbers in the war diary: WO169/9366 – 6 RTR – 1943 6 Mar 43 HQ Squadron 24606 24612 24618 24923 A Squadron 24924 24465 24965 24468 24332 B Squadron 24616 24977 C Squadron 24586 24397 24490 24610 24979 Hopefully they might be of interest. Any more, and I'll pop up here. Regards Tom

Thanks for this. Very good information here! I have 6 RTR info for 2 A9 Cruisers, 1 A10 and one Crusader II only - all of them un-dated.
