A lovely ending to a story reported on BBC Radio Humberside today about a sailor who went missing when the FV Bromelia was lost at sea on 22nd June 1942.

A researcher from Vagur, in the Faroe Islands saw an unidentified grave and set out to discover who the man was and his research led him to John Henry Nicholls. An appeal for descendants of his family went out on 1st May and yesterday, 5th May some were found after just 4 days. Read the full story here.
