We're looking for more information about Private Harold Ernest Robinson, Regimental Number 13116042, served with the Pioneer Corps 306th Coy and died March 16th 1945, age 23, killed in action in the Netherlands. Harold Ernest Robinson was the son of Son of Thomas and Vera Robinson of Hadleigh, Suffolk. He is buried @ Venray War Cemetery in the Netherlands. Any information is welcome about William John like War Diaries, Personal Information, Photos or Relatives whome may be contacted. This research is in purpose of making a commemoration book with all kind of information about the Soldiers who are buried in Venray War Cemetery later on.

    Many thanks in advance

    Patrick

    Afternoon Patrick,

The Royal Pioneer Corps War Diaries can be found at the following link: Search RPC War Diaries - RLC Digital Archive

It's probably worth getting in touch with the Curator at the Royal Logistic Corps museum The RLC Museum | The Royal Logistic Corps as that is where the diaries are held. Alternatively, drive to Worthy Down, Winchester and visit the museum!

    Regards

    Bruneval
