There are the units war diary for the period and there are two books on the regiment that I'm aware of: The Royal Ulster Rifles, volume III: 1919-1948. by Charles Grave The Rifles Are There: 1st and 2nd Battalions, The Royal Ulster Rifles in the Second World War David Orr and David Truesdale.
