My Dear Poor Old Spike There comes a time in a man's life when it becomes very obvious that he has made a great error - this came to me earlier to-day when I clicked onto a thread about colours in Italy , of which subject I might have added my two cents worth having spent sometime in that country at the specific time......alas - the thread was hi-jacked by yourself and I suffered a long - very boring 22 pages of your tour of the world scene with little reference - if any to the query at hand- in fact one reference to the 6th Armoured Division in italy was wrongly dated - but what did that matter as you ploughed on - and on - and on. So you may rest easily in the knowledge that - any further thread with your name on it - will be totally ignored by myself and I would suspect - many other posters - and further - I don't care if the MODS take issue with me for this posting - I WILL NOT READ ANYMORE OF YOUR POSTINGS Tom Canning - WW2 Veteran

He just joined today and I thoguht he would enjoy this thread. I think it is fantastic and am very grateful that Spike posted all of these nice pictures. I said this: "Hi Nick There is a current thread that is bound to have some color shots of Italy. Even if it doesn't, I'm sure you will like it." Dave

Incidentally The Few Good Men Club have got an excellent WW2 photo section containing a lot of stuff by me and other people, all categorised by nationality and Armour/Infantry/Aviation etc, so now i come to think of it there's really no need for me to be posting mine again at WW2T anyway.. FGM- World War Two Images and mine are also at Gamesquad- WW2 Photos PS- I remind everybody again to save them to your hard drive and burn to disk as insurance so they won't be lost forever if the host clubs or Photobucket crash in the future, or if i drop dead and Pbucket close my account....
