Officer Identification?

Hi all... First post on here i'm currently finishing off some research for my book on my Grandfather and i've recently dug out. photo of him from my Grandmothers attic and was wondering if anyone with a bit more knowledge than me could pick out and identify some of the officers in this photo?.

  • I do believe this is taken in 1945, or 1946 before he was demobbed. He served form 1939-42 with the 7th Green Howards, he was then commissioned and then from 1942-December 1944 with the 5th East Yorkshires until being posted as an attachment Staff Captain to the H.Q. of the 131st Infantry Brigade, 7th Armoured Div and in November 1945, posted to the H.Q. of the 53rd Division as Staff Captain of 'A' Branch any help would be hugely appreciated, and please do move forums if this isn't the correct one this is my first time! TIA!, Jack (my grandfather is bottom left)
