Looks like his rank and name is Gefreiter Harald Clas. You'll need to show pages 4, 17 & 22 to know his units and if he won any awards.
He served in Landesschuetzen-Bataillon 739 which was based in Fallingbostel and was used to guard PoW camps in the Wehrkreis XI district of Germany. He then served in a couple of signals units before being sent to Grenadier-Regiment 330 (183.Volksgrenadier-Division) which fought in the west near Aachen and was destroyed around Dusseldorf in 1945.
