    Sorry Evelyn
We did have a thread about that site, with honest opinions, but it turned rather nasty when the owner, after asking for feedback, threatened to sue one of our members (on a thread since removed).
So, we no longer discuss that site here.

WW2Talk Has Absolutely No Connection To 'Forces War Records'.
    Request about Forces War Records

In general terms - such websites list will the military databases they have to offer, so it's a simple matter really of looking to see what fits the circumstances. However, for many WW2 fatalities the info offered will not be dissimilar to that already provided by CWGC for free. As has been said on your other thread: service records, only available via MOD, are the route to go if you want to get any further with your research.

    Good luck.

Yes, the service records should provide that information.
