    Thought I would like to share these painting made by my teenage daughter.

    Original is from the cover of "The first World War in photographs" by Richard Holmes.

    First image shows how paintings are displayed on wall, followed by one by one. I feel that the extra spacing when hanging on wall adds to the hopelessness and isolation this photo conveys.
