    I have an album of RAPC photos 1943/4 - Meerut, Delhi, Bombay, Deolali, Kashmir - there are a lot of people in the photos, sadly few are named

    Hi Louise,

    Great photos and what a bargain you got there.

    On EBay a couple of weeks ago there was a similar album for sale. It was attributed to the 194 Squadron who served the Chindits in Air supply in 1943/44. These photos were an amazing pictorial history, as are yours.

    The EBay album sold for over £500. So look after your one, as you never know what it might be worth to somebody.:D

    Many thanks indeed for sharing these Louise. Having lived in India for 5 years ( 2005-09) they brought back happy memories - and little has changed in many ways from the 1940's
