Since July, I've been searching for information or references in regards to WW2 period military architecture such as the buildings of the BCATP here in Canada. More specifically, designs of H-Huts/Barracks and Hangers. Since then, I've come to the conclusion that there is a large lack of resources on the subject. With the amount of construction during the early 1940s, I find it difficult to belive that no one has taken up the task of researching this topic. With the remains of two WW2 period military facilities with 10 minutes drive of my home, some insight on designs would be greatly benefitial when surveying the old foundations for my own research. One can see the benefit of cataloging this topic as many of these structure have all been destroyed with several exceptions.

Has anyone gathered data or plans on this subject?
