WW1 Ambulance pics + R.F.C.Portrait.

    Just having a clear out and these fell out of a book, forgot I had them,
    collected anything Ambulance years ago.
    94 years old, thought someone would like a look, nice ambulance.
    reverse reads Dover I think, 1917,


    Just gone in close on here and noticed the Sgt in the first picture how would you like an injection from him. :lol:
    As they created a little interest, added RFC chap, 1914 penciled on back,this picture fell out of the same book along with the motorcycle picture.

    nice shots , looks a little bit like rejects from dads army, no offence intended.

    Those are an excellent pair of postcards Lofty. I collect Great War Postcards and I always look out for cap badges, men with pipes and big military moustaches. These two tick all the boxes. Nice. :)

    Just renamed the thread & had a better look at photos.
    See chap on right photos has 2 Wound Stripes , he's may have seen the inside of the ambulance as a patient.
