    Hello all.
wondering if it would be worth writing to ask about the survivors details, from hms mahratta.

I have some names with navy number and what they were: but dont know where they came from.
So if i was to write and ask these question for research, do you think they would tell me, as i am not family.

If so where would the best place be to write.

    simple question and thanks .

opps: sorry for the double tt in writing. on the heading

you can alter this by going first to EDIT and then to GO ADVANCED.

As far as the rest of your question I will leave that for others who have more experience in Naval matters.

    Good luck !
