I recently took out a subscription for this US magazine and today recieved my first copy.

Very timely as this one is the D-Day 60th Anniversary issue.

So far it all looks very good, especially some of the news on other US publications.

I was particularly interested in a new book out in June called 'Kilroy Was There - A GI's War in Photographs' This is Army Signal Corps photographer Frank Kessler's images with some previously unseen content.

Looking forward to it - ISBN 0873388070

Some nice commemorate ads for firing Thompson replicas etc  and some good articles looking at it. Some holiday reading me thinks for week after next!

I wild guess, but on holiday in a few weeks time, could that be Normandy by any chance?

PS if it is please don't gloat to much.

I've done articles for that magazine in the past, and will doubtless do so again.
