Witley, Surrey, Memorial Photo Request

I understand that there is a Memorial in All Saints Church, Witley, Surrey, to Cadet Ensign Diana Mary Manning (nee Portman), Women's Transport Service (F.A.N.Y.) who died in an air accident on 19th February 1945 in Italy.

I would be most grateful if somebody in the area could obtain a photograph of this memorial. Will PM my email add. if anybody can assist.
