I have searched on the web and have drawn a blank trying to find an original RAF liveried Willys jeep.
However I found several models and one renovated Jeep, so I have attached thumbnails.

Certainly one variant of the RAF Jeep are the garish 'Follow me' Schemes... if you could live with one:

Fair few other 'quieter' schemes available.

Outside of restorations - for original pictures if you visit IWM collections and use 'Jeep' under subject, and 'air' under theme (among other combinations) that turns up a fair few RAF jeeps from runabout to forward air control. And this rather nice colour shot of Tedder and his pristine example:

Behind their jeep is a burnt out armoured car once used by the Indonesian nationalist forces. The work of Visual Control Posts was to move forward with the infantry and call in airstrikes by Mosquito or Thunderbolt aircraft on positions held by the Indonesians.

An RAF Mountain Rescue Jeep, somewhere in Wales. The Service began in 1942 and the jeeps served until being replaced by Land Rovers immediately postwar. (RAF 208343)

The RAF Regiment was also a big user of Jeeps. Worth searching IWM for them.

I'd tend to agree, a really nice little book.
