After seeing Phil's post regarding pictures of Tony's ATS ladies headstones I thought to possibly make things a bit easier- if people list the cap badges below they want pictures of. Hopefully it will help at the very least if people stumble on the cap badge whilst looking for something else in cemeteries.

    I know:

    DBF is after Irish Guards

Spidge is after Royal Australian Air Force

Recce Mitch is after Recce Corps

Drew5233 (Me) is after Victoria Cross holders.

and I always look for these when searching for others.

So list any specific badges below. Like I said hopefully it will help.

    Cheers

Ah - ok. That makes sense now - thanks Andy.

I will be in Normandy again soon so might be able to help.

For the benefit of anyone visiting CWGC Cemeteries and "Regiment" spotting I attach the cap badge of the 4th Queen's Own Hussars.

When I visited the British cemetery at Cassino I concentrated on grave sites relating to the 49th LAA Rgt and specific grave sites that others had asked me to photograph.and so I have yet to do any research on the fallen of the 4th QOH.
